Mario Alonzi and Paul Pacitti founded MAPP Letting in 1997. Our aim is to provide good quality affordable accommodation for both the professional and student market in the Edinburgh City Centre.

We provide a personal service and maintain all of our properties to a high standard. All of our three and four bed-roomed properties are HMO Licensed giving you the peace of mind that all safety measures are in place.

Whilst living in one of MAPP Letting’s properties we appreciate it becomes your home and we want you to enjoy the experience of living in a fabulous city like Edinburgh.

Register your interest for a property (each property has a registration button or email or phone us)
Make an appointment to view
Read the contract carefully before committing to a lease
All contracts are Approved by Edinburgh City Council
Contracts are Short Assured Tenancies
On signing the lease a full deposit is required
Rents are payable monthly in advance by direct debit
